    3192U is a single-chip 32-bit PCI Bus Plug and Play SCSI controller to be used in the PC which has a free PCI bus slot. It is designed as a low-cost high performance SCSI host adapter without BIOS for SCSI devices such as CD-ROM, MO, CD-RW, CD-R and flat-bed scanner, tape drive etc. With abundant drivers support for ASPI and SCAM, 3192U can work under major operating systems such as MS-DOS, Win 3.1, Win 95, Win 98 and Win NT, OS/2 Warp, Novell Netware, SCO Unix, UNIXWARE etc. 3192U can connect up to 7 SCSI devices through an internal 50-pin header or an external 50-pin high density connector. With embedded high-speed 64-byte FIFO buffers that allow concurrent data transfer on host bus and SCSI bus. It can sustain an asynchronous transfer rate to 5 MB/Sec. And burst up to 20 MB/Sec. at synchronous mode.
